Waldo Winborn

Waldo Winborn is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, and Registered Sand Therapist Consultant/Trainer based in Southern New Mexico. He is the co-founder of Winborn Wellness & Counseling, where he and his team provide trauma-informed and attachment-based care for children, families, and communities across the region. Waldo serves as President of the New Mexico Association for Play Therapy and Secretary of the World Association for Sand Therapy Professionals. A Marine Corps veteran, educator, and EMDR Consultant, he is known for integrating neuroscience, play, and relational connection to promote healing and resilience.
